Mine was on the paradox store just now. Although I think only the patch is live at the moment. Usually DLCs kick in a little later.
Sadly, I can't play until gone 8pm tonight.

I'm not sure whether Paradox can influence at which time steam will unlock the DLC.
Just received the key. You can register it at Steam, but it will activate in around 20 Minutes.

Oh poopcicles... got all excited when the patch went live but no Leviathans DLC at the same time... Back to slaughtering Celts in Rome 2 then...
Heinlein update is required for Leviathans, so sales asked me to upload it ahead of time.Sounds like an unplanned last minute Code change
