Above is an annotated screenshot of my current traffic system set-up. As I've illustrated, industrial vehicles and HGVs are meant to utilise the one-way road bridges to get into and out of the city. In order to enforce this, I set up a small district on the highway between the bridges that was meant to prevent heavy vehicles from taking the highway, instead opting for the bridges. However, as you can see, this hasn't worked. Heavy vehicles are entirely capable of taking the bridges, but it seems to be a toss-up whether they do so or not, despite the HGV-free zone I've tried to set up. Does the heavy vehicle ban not work on highways, or is there another cause?

I've not tried heavy traffic ban on highways, but it certainly works on big roads.

Did you check out where the traffic was going to? From reading the help text I would assume heavy traffic ignores bans if there is no alterntive route.

There are trucks and cars using the one-way bridges i set out for them, is the thing. If they're capable of using them to get to their destination, I don't see why they're ignoring the ban.
