The heavy tanks you get from the following prototypes(#2612 Basic Heavy Tank Prototype Tests, #2700 Improved Heavy Tanks, #2704 Improved Heavy Tank Prototype Tests, #2800 Advanced Heavy Tanks, #2804 Advanced Heavy Tank Prototype Tests, #2941 Super-Heavy Tank Prototype Tests) does not require #11407 Armored Spearhead Doctrine, but #2506 Advanced Medium Tank (70+mm) and #2505 Advanced Medium Tank (50+mm) do.
