hearts of iron series no button to buy(Steam)

hello,I was going to buy hoi3 to my friend to play together but in the steam there was no buy button for it.There was no button for the other hoi games.Is it removed from the steam store ?

How about "Add to cart" ?

All you should need to do is to scroll a bit further down.."add to cart", then "purchase as a gift".

Just had a quick gander on my Steam store page, and there's an 'add to cart' button there (for gifting, I've already got the game on Steam m'self). Are you signed in and is your Steam account working OK and the like?
