I am almost certain that they cannot finish HOI 4. Sadly they came to end of their innovative spirit. They cannot create new things and they cannot cross the line. They began to repeat them selves. Some fancy in details thats all. From I took Amiga for Sids Civ to that day I am big fan of strategy games. They served well to strategy genre like CA (Total War series ),Sid Civ and paradox but thats all.I can see that all of them are aware of this and try to diffrent things.Like warhamer total war (craziest idea ever and sad for CA we were waiting some 20.century staff or at least Medieval 3) or Sids new Civ Beyond Earth. They (same things on the purple pink map sad.) .Year 2015 ,age of GTA5,Witcher 3 and leaders of strategy gaming put a colorful map infront of us and tell us it is revolutionary. It is funny.
They must work harder and take risks.Sry but They must invest more money. Ok they cannot spend 50 million dollars to one game like Rock Star but same meal with diffrent sauce is not fair.According to me there are really revolutionary ideas .Grand Ages medieval , Hegemony 3 and some green light games really have good ideas. These ideas in fact are not new .We saw some of them in warband (espacially in Mods) ,Overlord ,and Divinity;Dragon Comander.I bought almost all paradoxs grand strategy games ,Total war games and civs .and I will buy HOI 4 (not Total war ;warhamer and new civ games) but This is end of the road I think.
You're hilariously wrong. I'm pumped for HOI4, and here's why: I've looked at the dev diaries, looked at the early stage footage and seen things that are new, exciting and, in some cases, completely revolutionizing the way you have to plan out your game. I'm not sure if you haven't so much as glanced at the material or if you simply didn't understand the ramifications of the changes to production, and how it will add a whole new dimension of immense strategic importance, and that's not even accounting for the new internal political system.
