So how is it now? Paradox, please explain, this is silly! Are the tank skins just cosmetic or is it actual new units in game, which makes this game a pay-to-win?! You can't just write in the description "Tank pack" without explaining the meaning of this...

Sure they can...and did. Obviously it is not going to be different units, but just sprites.

I am an American living in Germany. I have a US credit card/billing address so paradoxplaza won't allow me to order. If I order off the US steam store, will I get the censored or uncensored version?

This , though I don't know what the extra tanks mean? Are they different from the ones we research for the majors like if we create a variant or are they just models for those specific techs? It wasn't very clear to me.

You will get the censored version.

Steam looks at your IP-address to determine what a publisher has deemed you worthy of.

Using a VPN might help.

One more question, this one about Mac OSX graphics requirements:

Has the game been tested on a Mac with Intel chipset?

I know the minimum and recommended settings, all ATI Radeons & NVIDIAs, which are quite the same for CK2 and EU4... And I've been playing those two games for quite a while with my MacBook Air and its Intel HD5000


BTW, my previous question about Spanish language release hasn't been answered yet (never mind, though, I know you're busy guys!)

Americans,British and Russians imposed those rules on Germany,so that there is no more danger of militarism uprising in Germany. I think you'll get the German edition restrictions.
