U have to wait for few hours, Paradox sends the keys 2-4 hours before release.

Release was 6th june... so it is around 14 hours now... and stil NO codes...

Don't worry Stellaris keys also cam pretty late(i think around 2 pm CEST) they will send them before 6pm.
