You guys still haven't fixed the Air squadron creation UI? Still can't tell squadrons to just stick to being 'local garrisons' with low ranked planes and never reinforce?

For such hyped feature, whole spy business feels extremely limited in possibilities/uses, and is not usable by any minor nation.

this aint the Point. U can´t steal any Blueprints with minors. Cause all u get is 2 Spies.
This is outrages, I can't even create or edit states, please fix this la resistance update for debug mod.
Just remember that "minors" in this case also involves Italy, France, the US and to some extent Japan and the Soviet Union as well. They can hardly use espionage as well. Mexico however, oh boi, they are just a minor but espionage-wise they can rival the UK if they create a South American faction.
wish i had, blame myself for buying it on release day. Waited all other DLC´s to get on sale. Dont know what forced me to buy this and make myself a betatester.
it isnt finished and tested, and its making the whole game worse in performance.

You an intelligent man, most youtubers were given early access and are sponsored by paradox to give good reviews. If you want an impartial look at the DLC look at the reviews in Steam since all of them have the game and are normal people
I think i must have been unclear. I am explicitly not looking for reviews, youtube videos or an "impartial view". I am looking for documentation, and I am apparently missing something important, since I cannot find any.
I pre-ordered mine on GameBillet but I don't think I have the extra pre-order music track. Did I do something wrong?
A big noob regarding Steam purchase and how DLC-s work. Are mechanics of previous DLC-s only tied to that particular DLC? Say I want to buy La Resistance after I buy the main game. Will I need to separately buy Man the Guns to get the naval component tech tree? Or Waking the Tiger for unique Asian idea trees?
Lend-lease appears broken (does not exist) in vanilla 1.9. Anyone know if there's any chance it'll be fixed?
The bug was located and fixed by @podcat but not in time to make the second update to the beta patch. There are not many people on the forums making noice about this, but i believe its a big deal - many consumers paid for la resistance but wont be able to enjoy it or 1.9 at large with such a core feature as lend lease , yet it dosnt affect the patching schedual and we’ll end up having waited two weeks for the fix. (And thats in a beta patch)
I suppose the core fanbase here are people who buy all dlc more or less blindly and thus own ” togehter for victory +” dlc, and arnt affected by this issue.
I played Hoi4 with last dlc with a friend's steam account to see the game. I played Darkest hour, hoi3 and black ice for Hoi3 but I never saw Axis win six games all producing a lot of divisions, not historically possible. In my last game with Turkey Japan conquered half the world and axis survived to three d-days until they conquered Moscow.

Is not broken, is working exactly as they want. They realized than pandering to edgy teenagers that want to genocide half the world with nazi Germany and Japan, or an anarchist revolution across the world, was a lot more profitable than making an historical game or even a game that worked properly
Sadly is depends of your taste, some make it too much realistic, others too arcade. No amount of mods can fix a game fundamentally broken
