Easy - if they were another company they'd make you pay extra for it on day one This is beyond cosmetic content and required additional development time, and not all minor states get such a treatment, so it is additional downloadable content.

Doesn't change the fact the Poland couldn't have victory over USSR due to non-existance of them.

If it wasn't for the fact that this DLC is indirectly the result of the release delay I'd probably agree (unless it was cosmetic only, as graphics team get off a project like this earlier than coders) but since it is something that was not planned in the original schedule of things I'd rather see it as a peace offering for the delay. Which is pure good will, increased quality is what makes up for delays usually.

Like Chaos in Warhammer we are supposed to be happy after spending full price for a new game and getting something "free".It is not free.Taking something out that was already developed is just a marketing con.

Haha not really. Poland resisted for one month France for nine. Both got exiled government but nvm
Well seeing this I wonder why France have to choose between Nuke and Jet and Poland can do both. Just weird imo. but We can mod it though.
