These diaries and the video/photo posts are very encouraging, especially the high-level command tools and overall approach that can turn what on the micro-level sounds like a Grigsby monster game into something highly playable, maybe even for casual and big-picture players.

I know you said not to talk about EvW, but will the way troops were deployed in EvW be carried into HOI4? It was badly needed in HOI3 which ended up with a process of spending like a hour just deploying troops on the border with Poland but in EvW took less that 5 minutes..

Wow totally blown away by this game, the original HOI was the last Paradox game I played but now I'm back and I'm definitely loving the way this game is shaping up

The colors look much duller in the latest "Political" videos compared to the videos and screenshots we have seen in the past. Is this because it's winter time? Or is this a change that's been implemented to make the game have a more WWII "Feel" to it? I hope not.
