I got Hearts of Iron on steam. I noticed that there was other versions of the game though on your website. I was wondering if you would ever make the content packs for the tank and ship models available for purchase for us on steam, or possibly even free since they were not offered. Also, I was wondering if the problems with lag are going to get fixed anytime soon.

You can upgrade to the Colonel edition, yes. I'm not aware of any plans for the individual unit packs to be separately available though.
