In an effort to clean up the number of purchasing options available for Hearts of Iron IV, we have decided to stop selling the Colonel’s Edition of the game. This will allow us to focus on updating our product to be more representative of what new players are looking for.

If you already own the Colonel’s Edition, absolutely nothing changes for you. Your game is safe, and you will not lose access to any of the bonuses attached to that edition.

For now, the cosmetic content from the Colonel Edition will not be available for new players (it will still be active for people that already own it). We are looking into the best ways to make this content available in the near future.

for new players, why not create a version that has all the current DLCs, which would be slightly cheaper than buying the game and all the DLC seperately. Also maybe a season pass?

(also maybe include unit packs/content packs in the actual expansions instead of selling them seperate, that'll definitely help)

There is this:

So that's all the expansions except the latest one.

the steam store link doesn't seem to work anymore, what way do i get the content today?
If you have none, the best way is the subscription you are offered in the game launcher.

Other options here

You said the previous link didn't work so I sent you another one. Was that not what you wanted?

Perhaps I'm not understanding your question or problem.

im not rly sure what you mean? you just linked the hoi4 store page
You can PM me if you want to ask the question in Polish.

Because i also don't understand what your issue is. You still can get everything that was in the colonel edition on steam. Most of it was just unit models anyway, and i believe they are now included in the allied armor packs and similar.
