So yeah. I'm planning to make a mod for Hoi4 with the Undertale Characters. Propably not much people will care XD. Well anyway I was thinking to make the map look like the battle system in Undertale. All the leaders of the countries in Undertale charaters. And maybe the music also from the game. It's propably copyrighted so I need a sulution for that. Anyway here is a picture what the starting screen propably will look like.
