Do all your 150 or 155 or whatever it is daily contstruction points go towards one project at a time, or can you split it to different projects at one go?

Yes you can split. Points are pooled you just have to distribute them over your various projects with 15 max. If you want to builld more of the same you have to create a new line.

At the 1:55 mark of the video, the narrator claims, "Oil refineries will produce oil and rubber in that state..."

Is that accurate? Refineries PRODUCE oil rather than consume it?
A country without access to oil deposits can increase its oil production merely by building refineries (not wells, not off-shore platforms)?

This is my third asking of these questions--once in Steam forums, once in an Oil/Production Mega-Thread here, and now in this thread. I do apologize for spamming my questions. I'll be perfectly happy with a single answer.

Jim

Synthetic oil and rubber.

Synthetic oil is a lubricant consisting of chemical compounds that are artificially made (synthesized). Synthetic lubricants can be manufactured using chemically modified petroleum components rather than whole crude oil, but can also be synthesized from other raw materials.

The synthetics production building in this game represents all the varied methods for artificially producing oil and rubber.
This means that yes the building PRODUCES both oil and rubber and it consumes nothing, in exchange though its got an extremely high production cost so spamming it would mean practically no other factories.
