Strange there isn't a "fate of Switzerland" decision - The German leadership would certainly have liked to have added Switzerland's territory to its own, although this would have left the Nazi leadership with nowhere to stash their ill-gotten gains.
Will be there any Focus to turn Germany back to a Democracy, like the BRD before the 1940'? Read in another DD that there would be some countries with that possibility of change the government type, so I wonder what you guys are hidding in those Focus Tree screenshots![]()

Oh, sorry. I found out my mistake. That is not dam. It 's factories. Thanks your advice.I am not seeing any dam. Where did you found it? What I am seeing are factories though. I don't remember ever noticing them on map nor it being mentioned. Do that mean that factories are represented by province, even if they are build on states? Does that mean you know exactly which provinces to target when wanting to seize industrial capacity?
Ive seen this pic before, but never thought about it having a weird angle. Is it so that in HoI4, you can turn the camera like in Total War?
IIRC, research is used for finding new equipments/new models, while experience is used to modify/upgrade these models into variants.
So you can research for a new tank or plane and than modify/upgrade them using experience.
The idea was based on the realization that the Royal Navy would be too strong for the Kriegsmarine and that Germany in any case would be subject to a complete naval blockade if Britain got involved in a war. So plan Z was not meant to compete with the Royal Navy but rather the French Navy. Can someone just explain, from a historical standpoint, what does Plan Z have to do with befriending The Netherlands and Scandinavia?
