If there is a need for option, make it historical vs makes sense in the current moment.

I dont see an events script since CK, but I suppose they still have some options, each one with ainitial weight, and many multipliers that increase or decrease said weight due to current circumnstances. So if scripts are complete and well done they should already drive the AI towards the logical response in current situation. This parameter just would incline a bit (or a lot, and it even could have several positions) towards or against the historical option. With this parameter set to value 1, AI should take the option that makes more sense (but this is a question of including in every event many many many factors, and thats a HUGE effort).
Jus including this parameter shouldn't be that hard. Jus one more line per event.

I wish I knew about that game when I was young. I would have loved it on my Amiga 500. The things I learn that I missed sometimes makes me shake my head.

Why don't you start a thread in the forum asking for the missing ones? I'm sure people would love to help.

That is only part of the issue. They have to decide what the affect will be. They have already said that at start only the majors (USA/UK/France, Germany/Italy/Japan, USSR) get custom companies, foci, etc. Finland is far from a major, so they don't get those until a DLC.
