The HOI4 wiki has 2 pages that appear to be uneditable. The page links are listed as "Surface visibility" and "Surface detection" which can be reached via Special:AllPages&from=Persia. Both links lead to the page Naval_doctrine#Definitions and terminology, however, no mention of these terms can be found other than history.

However, text for both "Surface visibility" and "Surface detection" can be found on the Naval units#Misc. stats page. How might I proceed to add a redirect for these errant links when they are uneditable?

Uploads to the Media in category "Images © Paradox" are still a problem.

At 10:10 on April 26, 2019 I uploaded an update via the File:Convoy Escort.png page. As part of the upload process, the thumbnail showing was the "new" file. However, immediately after uploading the File:Convoy Escort.png, the page then showed the "old" thumbnail. After waiting more than 24 hours later, the "old" thumbnail still shows.

The same process and condition exists with the File:Convoy Raiding.png page (uploaded at 10:12 on April 26, 2019).

Uploads from the "Upload file" page are also a problem.

At 12:29 on April 24, 2019 I uploaded File:Air Supply Mission.png. Viewing the File:Air Supply Mission.png page on April 27, 2019 shows that the thumbnail is missing.
Thanks for the report.
DevOps are still working on it.

This problem still persists, but in a different form. I tried uploading an update today via the File:Convoy Escort.png page and the File:Convoy Escort.png the page. In each case the correct black background thumbnail was shown. However, the "Upload warning" activates. Clicking the "Ignore warning and save file anyway" button has no affect.

The Patches page on the HOI4 wiki has both the File:LoaderChecksum.png and File:GameChecksum.png graphics updated to HOI4 Ironclad version 1.6.2 showing checksum 6f7d. However, the graphic captions both show outdated checksum 1503 and I am no longer authorized to edit the Patches page.

@Mister Analyst I've reduced the protection level back down to autopatrol. You should be able to edit it now.
Thank you very much!

EDIT: It works. Was able to edit the graphic captions from checksum 1503 to 6f7d on the wiki Patches page.

The maps on the Countries page still need to be updated for Man the Guns and Hydra Patch 1.7.1.
The resident editor who usually handles this was busy lately so it may take some more time.
That said, users are more than welcome to edit the wiki themselves and save the wait ;)

The original page was a stub for a period of some months and could have been easily referenced elsewhere.
In the future, if you're not satisfied with a moderator action you can contact them or another moderator to discuss on what is the issue and how it could be resolved.

Not sure what you are getting at here.

Answers were given to the points raised, but for the sake of transparency I'll reiterate them here as well:
0. A stub for a long period, was not expanded upon.
1. A stub, moved to userpage until expanded. Never came up again.
2. A compromise was offered for 2 editors in an edit war. The moderator never implied *they* will implement it.
3. It was decided to leave icons as is, but seems it was not said so (made a minor change now).
4. As explained on the talk-page -- putting a large amount of near-empty pages in the hopes someone else will do the work did not prove itself in the past.

While moderation answers are not in real-time and in some case a couple days late we do try to respond to users.
