I bought Hearts Of Iron 4 on steam recently, but I'm facing such a problem, can you help me, what should I do? "We don't have read / write access to the directory with game data please contact support"

I installed the game and when the launcher section opens, "We don't have read / write access to the directory with game data please contact support"
and "
I encountered the error "Saving mode sequence failed make sure the launcher has access to documents folder"
I've tried all the ways nothing happens pls help me
