Those seem like placeholders. It's exactly the same as EUIV. I get that it is the same engine. But the recommended seem imminently low to me. O:

ahhh ok sorry, yeah they felt a bit out of date

question, does anyone know if transport planes can drop supplies onto encircled troops? given the rather sketchy details on how airwar works, and changes to transport planes, i was wondering if it is still possible like that of hoi3?

nice addon.... maybe is possible also for other nations ban political parties?
well, would only really make sense for democratic nations, since communist and fascist nations dont have elections anyway. Only way to change their ideology is via an coup and i am sure that you can still turn france for example communist that way after they enacted that focus.

In general parties don't "exist" - they're measured as political support for their ideology. You could consider a Fascist Germany with a small Communist support to have a small, active underground Communist scene but it shouldn't be interpreted as having an actual, publicly operating Communist party.
Do you have a source for this? I've been trying to find one.

Now that the game is nearing completion, can one of the Paradox staff do a test on some intel integrated GPUs / laptops? The specs say 8800 GT minmium (which has more pure grunt than a lot of those integrated cards), but other paradox games do run (albeit not amazingly well) on integrated like the HD4400. I've got a Surface Book with a 940m, which should definitely exceed minimum specs, but it'd be nice to see if it would run on everyone's laptops like EU4 does.

Also, is there support for irregular resolutions like 1500 x 1000? That's what I'm hoping to run it at.

there is not much difference between the games so it seems reasonable to say its even(ish)
Hoi has many, many more units. And the map is more demanding as well I think? And more units are just not more graphical parts, since every equipment is tracked with a reability stat, probably a lot of process cost extra as well. Just guessing though

Edit: had to change "as" from "SS" 2 times because stupid auto correct, probably spend to much time on WW2 related forums..
