Hearts of Iron 4, Host has a different version of the game.

So I was playing hearts of iron 4 single-player and it's was so fun but then me and my friends wanted to play together.
At start every thing went nice, every one joined and every thing was okay.
But then all the sudden, we all had different versions of the game, but mostly I had.

I tried to do every thing:

~Reinstall the game.
~Disable all mods.
~Delete all game files. (even in documents)
~Uninstall all the mods.

Nothing worked, please can someone help? I really want to play with my friends.
