I know that I am a "Recruit" but man... look at all the people that just made accounts to try and get in.

I love these games. And of course I'd love to help. Yes it would be nice to "play early". But I know it's a big undertaking. And very important for the game to be released.
I know there are way better gamers out there than me. Personally I hope they pick the best. And I think that means people that are faithful to the community.

I hope for the best. I am very much looking forward to this game. Hopefully play some MP with some of you.

This thread has probably set a record for the amount of "First Posts" in a single thread. I've counted at least 85 members with a post count of 5 or less that have posted in this thread. Most of them with only 1 post. That seems like a good sign for the success of HOI4.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say HOI4 will probably have higher pre-order sales than any other PDS game before it.

Did they receive that grant ? The document that circulated a while ago was just a list of company that were elegible to recieve the grant, not those who recieved it.

Really not sure. You'd need to ask them, probably private info though. I don't see why they wouldn't accept the grant, they could of put it towards the marketing campaign.

EDIT: Actually come to think of it, the grant was for Project Dallas.

What i meant is that the list that was put forth online was only a shortlist of companies and their project that could recieve it. It didn't say what companies were chosen by the EU to receive the grant.

It's finally time! We want more testers to help us out at finding bugs and giving feedback on HOI4. The sign up page is up until Friday the 30th (EDIT: we will most probably close the signups earlier, because of overwhelming responses. ~ForzaA) and you should be getting responses by 13th of November.

I would also like to point out that joining a beta is a responsibility, and not a chance to play the game for free. There will be bugs and imbalance and hard work ahead and we prefer to work with a smaller number of dedicated betas rather than a huge mass so we have time to listen to everyone.
