Hearts of Iron 2 Doomsday-Armageddon expansions. bug causes game to crash - probably minor

Playing as Poland, the game keeps crashing from the position shown.
It may be due in some way to the fact that Germany owns Iceland, but both provinces are controlled by partisans.
Possibly connected to the bug that causes the game to crash if you try to liberate Iceland as a separate country.

It gives the following error message, and then crashes whatever you do.

got same bug on 1.3

fixed it, you have to "update" icl_1936.ai file, i just copied 99% from Ireland's .ai file and had to change province id from dublin (30) to reykjavik (1), it fixed the issue
