Hearts of Iron 2 Cheats : SPOILER

Well with games comes cheats and Hearts of Iron 2 is no exception. Plus I had to be the first to add this.

To use the cheats press F12 to bring up the console and type the words below:

Manpower - 5000 MP
Oil - 5000 oil
Money - 500 money
Nuke - 1 atom bomb
Supplies - 5000 supplies
Showid - shows number id of provinces on bottom right
Fullcontrol - full control of all armies
Rubber - rare materials
Dissent - 25% dissent increase
Event % - % stands for event number. Fires event

event 1012 = Get blue print of current tech project
event 1013 = 1% industrial effectiveness
event 1040 = technology is stolen from enemy
event 1009 = lowers dissent
event 1011 = scientist defects 1 free tech​

Nofog - Toggles fog of war
Metal - 5000 Steel
Transport - 100 Transports
Convoys - 100 Convoys
Neville - The AI will cave into any diplomatic action
Robespierre - Allows you to change government oreintation
Showxy - Gives the coordinates on the bottom right corner
Freedom - Frees the diplmocy sliders

How could those kind of cheats be spoilers? It's not like some cheat is going to "reveal" who will win the war (in the campaign) or something...

And since we all know there will be cheats and that they will be pretty straightforward (like "oil") I don't se what could be spoiled for anyone.

Oh well, don't mind me, I'm just rambling here

Gurrah_ are you sure steel works because I tried it and it didn't work.

Edit: @herm I see them as spoilers, at the HoI forum there was a whole discussion on how some couldn;t stop cheating so it might "spoil" the game, for lack of better word.

The cheat is now metal instead of steel since that is what it has been renamed in HOI2. (an easy oversite since I didn't realize that until I checked it out myself)

Well, that was just what I was reffering to, I hardly think there are anyone that have played HoI that managed to avoid the codes. And they tend to be pretty straightforward. But maybe I'm wrong, and there are people that have managed that

I never used a cheat in HOI.

Theyre not cheats, all these supplies are just in warehouses you forgot to look in.

I know all these already... I tested all the old cheats... they work... I said it on the other post too... How else do you think I nuked Paris this morning?

Is there an event no. for unlocking the locked units? How about a cheat for extending time
