This continent is too small for us all

Central Asian nations of Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan were liberated after the fall of Persian Empire but Göring's fear of being invaded back in Afrika led to them having to deal with invading Soviet armies alone. While Freistaat and Persian armies took defensive positions along the new Persian border the Soviets strolled trough central Asia without any resistance. But the new changes in borders opened up a new front for Entente. Fresh troops from India were now able to finally fight the Internationale and quickly poured to Central Asia from Afghanistan and begun their advance up north to Russian lands with an ease against the exhausted Internationale armies.

Even though the Indian armies pushed all the way to Siberia and proved to be an force that could defeat Internationale, the Commune together with the Italians invaded the French Africa as well as German Morocco. Another invasion forces landed in Guinea and Gambia.
LsAJdlG.jpg

African liberty was at risk. Internationale invaders quickly took ground from the French defenders who were out matched in the face of their former country men. Not wanting to go in a war against Entente Göring had to go trough the last neutral nation in Africa. Tripolitania.
Y5NGyH9.jpg

Tripolitanian armies were not prepared to fight of invaders and Freistaat forces marched trough them with ease, slowly making their way to the Tunis-Libya border.
fSVwJXe.jpg

In May 1947 first battle on land between Internationale and Freistaat was fought near Gabes. Tunis had been invaded mostly by Italians while the main forces fought against the African France down south and in the west. The Italians were taken by surprise then the Freistaat troops crossed the border from now liberated Tripolitania.
OfE74jv.jpg

By September of 1947 Italians in Tunis had been defeated or forced back to Commune controlled Algeria. Freistaat armies quickly moved to secure the beaches as well pushing against the Internationale, allowing a fighting chance for the African French Armies down south. Fighting against the Commune forces would prove harder due to their superior tech and air superiority but Göring was willing to make sacrifices for a Free Africa.

Fight for Africa

No matter what happened in North Africa the Commune forces kept heading south towards our border, conquering everything in their way. Kingdom of France was pretty much fighting a losing fight just trying to hold out long enough that either Canada could sent reinforcements or Freistaat could free the beaches. But the Commune troops moved faster than Göring could secure the north.
jlzhpWC.jpg

By January 1948 remaining Italian troops had been driven away from Africa and Freistaat armies had managed to secure Morocco and close of the Tangiers supply lines from Iberia. This forced Internationale to land their new troops down south as well as convoying their supplies there. But Freistaat had spend some time to create a small nimble fleet of U-boats to harass these convoys and forcing Union Navy to come down south to hunt these U-boats.
5M0qI9w.jpg

Jünger was sent to Kamerun to try and hold off the Commune troops and to create a new front. His armies were small in number and were outnumbered by Commune armies but due to them being scattered across the front he was able to stir up some trouble down south.

One Continent. One Nation.

Internationale had sent one of their best military commanders to take down Africa. Field Marshall Bernard Law Montgomery himself was leading the invasion forces.
szTiSsd.jpg

But eventually the jungles of Africa proved too much for the invaders and being divided between fighting the French Africans and the Freistaat armies, Internationale had to focus on one enemy. They chose to fight the French instead of the Freistaat forces and soon Kingdom of France was defeated and Commune of France became the sole France.
JatgENs.jpg

Unfortunately Montgomery was able to escape back to Britain but the beaches were secured and what remained of the invading armies were cornered to the sub Saharan regions of Chad and Niger. It seemed that Internationale abandoned these soldiers to their fates since no other attempts for landings were made and Internationale troops concentrated on bombing the cities on the northern coast line as well as hunting down supply convoys. By the end of the year Freistaat had routed out the remaining invaders and Africa was free under single state, a continent for a nation. Göring had shown the world that taking Africa isn't easy and that Africa fights back. But with another Entente member gone Canada, Caribbean Federation and Australasia were left to only support the Indian war efforts in Siberia. But the Soviets held their ground at Urals and all gains made by the Indians were in the east of Urals. Fortress Europa was not going to be breached easily and Göring new that and retreated back to Dar es Salaam with his military advisers to build the Afrikan war machine to match and hopefully outmatch the Internationale.

What happened to Canada ?

They are still on their side of the pond doing nothing at all. Even lost their lands in Africa which Freistaat liberated during the Internationale invasion. The war still rages on between Internationale and Canada led Entente. It's either they've lost all their troops to UoB navy or they are in Siberia.

Only if it's forcefully forced on him. There is no room for collective oppression in Africa. Thanks to the Entente AI in Siberia we might now be able to concentrate on building up a proper war machine to free our skies from the Union Air Force and maybe even a navy capable of protecting our coasts.

With the last update we enter a period of time that the only has Europe bombing Northern Africa and just trying to build up. So the updates might cover a longer time periods to keep in with the style of the AAR.

A great day brothers, we sail into history!

After the Unification of Africa Göring begun to plan taking over the seas from the Internationale navies. His initial plan was to build a huge carrier fleet to match his enemies carrier fleets instead of continuing the excellent submarine warfare that had all ready brought couple of victories to the African Navy but his Admirals managed persuade him to continue the development and research of submarines and by the early 1951 the fruits of the submarine program dubbed as Green October started to bear fruit.

The first victory against the Syndicalist was win near the Canary islands where Freistaat naval forces managed to sink DNS Brummer a German cruiser.
ZCn6cix.jpg

The second victory for the Green October program came in month later, this time against Union of Britain. Our forces managed to slip past the escorts of a transport flotilla near Cape Verga and managed to sink a good number of transports as well as couple of the escorting ships before pulling away.
5GBkBIJ.jpg

Furious about this the Union Navies begun to hunt our naval forces and several of our surface fleets were destroyed while trying to protect convoy routes, a mistake that Görin made thinking that our fleet was strong enough against Internationale. It goes without saying that all record of such mistakes were destroyed.

Our subs went after the UoB transport fleet again and once again managed to deal great damage to them.
LoK9m9X.jpg

Through out the early 1951 we managed to gain small victories against the Internationale navies, no matter who they belonged to. General order to the submarine commander said:

(1) The waters around Africa, Iberia, Britain and Europe, including the whole of the Mediterranean Sea, are hereby declared to be a War Zone. From February 18 onwards every enemy merchant vessel encountered in this zone will be destroyed, nor will it always be possible to avert the danger thereby threatened to the crew and passengers.

(2) Neutral vessels also will run a risk in the War Zone, because in view of the hazards of sea warfare and the Syndicalist authorization of January 31 of the misuse of neutral flags, it may not always be possible to prevent attacks on enemy ships from harming neutral ships.
fDsYnNz.jpg

DRAKA better come soon!
How many divisions did the Syndies lose?

Not enough. 10 at max.

Wow! Those subs are kicking butt! You are still in a tough situation though. I know it sounds crazy, but you may have to try to take the UoB in a crazy blitz rush so that their divisions disband when you annex them. I know it's a little cheesy but you've got to take wins where you can get them. My plan for the UoB requires always works, but it requires paras. I can tell you if you like.

Sacrifices

The Green October subs continued to harass the enemy in all seas around Africa and Göring was happy. Even too happy that eventually he started to push the orders too far.
YDDztuN.jpg

The success of submarine warfare made Göring blind to the fact that supplies were essential to the warfare and repairs would eventually need to be done. But Göring didn't listen to his admirals until it was too late. In September another major loss against UoB was suffered around Cape Passaro. The submarines hadn't seen port in a while and even though the number of UOB ships sunk was far greater than the subs lost, the sacrifice of 4 submarines and their crews stroked a crippling blow to the submarine fleet.
Gp5ipuC.jpg

More subs were lost at Ligurian Sea when the fleeing subs held of the pursuing UoB ships. This time the UoB was forced to retreat but 2 more subs were lost and the fleet was forced to return to Suez for repairs and reinforcement. But Göring was sure that ultimate sacrifice was necessary to keep Africa safe but even he realized that naval supremacy couldn't be achieved while Internationale could supply fleets from the north to Mediterranean.

Since Conclave was released for CK2 I'm planning on starting a CK2 AAR to be started as soon as the coalitions are patched. So there is a chance to influence the AAR by voting on what I should start as. Meaning votes can be casts here for the following things;

1. Region
2. Culture
3. Religion

All DLCs will be activated. Even Soviet Sunset Invasion

Anatolia, Turkish, Buddhist :p
1. Inkeri
2. Ingrian/Karelian/Finnish
3. Messalian :D :D :D
