Head shaving??? Did it happen?

I remember when Victoria 2 was being developed, there was a bet from I believe someone in marketing - though I could be very, very wrong on that point - that if Vicky 2 made a profit they would shave their head. A very bold (and possibly bald) statement.

As someone who now has to wear a hat to prevent people being blinded from the glare off the top of my head when its sunny, I'm always pleased to see people joining the baldies (even if only temporarily)

Has Vicky2 made a profit? And if it has (I see people are talking about expansions so it must have at least come close) did the shaving take place???

I checked the FAQ threads and unbelieveably, there was nothing in there...

Fredrik Wester, CEO of Paradox Interactive, shaved his head before Victoria 2 was released due to good pre-release orders of the game from distributors. I can't find the thread about it, however. Here is a picture of it. There is even stuff about the head shaving on Victoria 2's Wikipedia page.
