Having trouble...

I bought two thrones because it looked rather good... however i'm having trouble running it and i can't for the life of me figure out how. I'm running ?Windows 2k, directx9, 128mb gfx card and 2.6GHz processor - well above the recommended specs, but after it does the introduction credits thing it just cancels back to desktop...

Anyone able to help?

Is this some sort of issue with the Bink player (the app that is invoked to play the intro movies)? If there is an 'avi' folder in the game directory, rename it to something like 'avi_old' so that the movies can't be found and are not played.
