Having Problems moving right

When I move my mouse left it moves over moves the map left but when I do it going right it does not work.The only way to go the right is use the map or zoom out and go the far right and zoom in and out to get to the right

Do you play on 'windowed' mode ?

If so, either use 'borderless' instead or edit your settings.txt file in the CK2 folder in 'documents'.
Regrading the latter if i play on 'windowed' i changed my 1920x1080 to 1910x1070 and can scroll to the right that way.

Thanks used borderless and can now move right
