Hello guys. I'm now in this game but I already having problem. is that normal you can't see the street after clicked the play, then everything is black except tools bar... help me out plz...

Yes I have the latest patch already but it acting the same. I'm using WINDOWS 7 on my PC. No problem when I play need for speed hot pursuit or Bad Company.
Some more information about the problem will be helpful.
Also, give us your system specs, and the "metro_log.txt" file located at "C:\Users\{user_name}\Documents\Cities In Motion"
Make sure your graphic card driver is updated.
These things solve most of the problems.

yeah the problem was after I went into the game start playing, the hole city is black I can still click on the street but just can't see it where we can build all the bus stop lines, but I just can't see the street... all the tool bar is there, the small map on the button left hand conner...

Also, try re-installing the game. I can't think of another thing.
Wait to Monday (when the developers get back to work) and post your problem on the tech support forum (you need to register your game first).
Maybe they can help better then me.
