Greetings, I have spent the past day playing around with the new terraforming events, and I wanted to share my findings with you. Here is a quick video I made on the topic:

If you would like to read about what I found, here are the notes I used for the video:

The event with my prerequisite/triggers tend to be quite powerful, while the easier ones to get are barely noteworthy. Since there is a 75% to get a terraforming event everytime you terraform, these events should show up fairly regularly, and makes terraforming both more interesting in singleplayer and more competitive in multiplayer.

Someone recently added the events to the stellaris wiki, which you can use to see the required triggers for each event: https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Terraforming_events

I used the following console commands to force the events to fire:

Event terra.5 0= ???

Event terra.10 0= Excess to Success = creates two worker districts

Event terra.15 0= Superfluous Terraforming Equipment = +300 minerals

Event terra.20 0 = Engineered Beauty = +10 amenities, or +5% happiness and +25% immigration pull

Event terra.25 0= Terraforming Complications = creates 3 blockers

Event terra.30 0 = ????

Event terra.35 0 = Second Home= +20% habitablity, and +50% immigration pull

Event terra.40 0 = Planetary Gambit -> intentionally tidal locked -> Expand Dayside Infrastructure = +6 max energy districts, +30% energy from jobs

Event terra.45 0 = Excess to Success? = creates two worker districts

Event terra.50 0 = Oneness - turn into hive world or +100 influence

Event terra.55 0 = Perfect Organization (colonized and turning into a Gaia world) = -50% happiness for +10% resource production and +20% districts.

Event terra.60 0 = ???

Event terra.65 0 = Fuming Bog = +1 exotic gas job every 20 pops

Event terra.70 0 = Unexpected Mutation = giai world creates new species template

Event terra.75 0 = Paradise Made (colonized and turning into a Gaia world) +25% unity, +50% immigration pull, +50% spiritualism attraction, +25% district cost

Event terra.80 0 = Radioactive Flora: 4 options: get +5 food (once), get a new species with radiotrophic in the empire, create radiotrophic presapients, or get radiotrophic genemodding.

Event terra.85 0 = A Radiating Welcome = get 6 radiotrophic pops

Event terra.90 0 = Weapons Cache = get an arcology site
