Have WNVU checksum after verifying integrity of game files

So I had WNSP Vicky 2, but for some reason, after verifying integrity of game files(on Steam, did this to prevent any issues, ironically), it changed to WNVU, preventing me from joining a MP game. Is there any way to fix this, excluding completely reinstalling the game?

I'd say verify the integrity again.

I think that is the right checksum for 3.04. Steam likely just downloaded the patch? Make sure everyone is on the same version, that should fix the problem.

WNVU is the right checksum for 3.04 indeed (see title of stickied thread).

The issue was solved in the end, I just needed to change the end date properly xD
