Cuz I can't find any pics of them, all I get is Tunon. The backdrop they use for streams also doesn't show anything identifiable as Kyros.

Current pet theories wrt Kyros:

- Tunon is Kyros. This'd be the most obvious/straightforward, Kyros' Law, Tunon's been around for a long while, Kyros' greatest expression of power are edicts, their conquests are framed as establishing order over chaos, Tunon's the archon of Justice etc.
- The Old Walls are Kyros (I have nooo idea why I think this)
- Kyros is a concept.
- There might've been a Kyros but they died ages ago and everyone's too scared to check.
- Kills-In-Shadows is Kyros.
- Kyros is just shy and is actually an entirely tangible and mundane tyrannical overlord.
- Beyonce is Kyros.

No images of Kyros yet, just his symbol. You just know Tunon is going to be playing a major role in the plot, just not sure what it is.
Based on his power and seeming immortality, I'm definitely of the opinion is that he is something far beyond human.

Kyros is actually a flaming burlap sack full of angry arcane porcupines.

But really, the whole mystery of who Kyros is basically makes her seem unstoppable. If the Empire is the proverbial dragon, how would one cut off its head? Even if someone could scrape together the resources to make a direct strike, send assassins or something, how would they find their target? No one knows for certain if it's a man or a woman, a single person or a council or even human. How do they fight something if they can't even be sure of what they're supposed to attack? It seems like even determining an identity would be a monumental task that would probably end with lots of painful death :p It's discouraging to say the least

I'm hoping that Kyros is an actual person/entity, though "Kyros" merely being a fictitious figurehead giving the orders of a cabal of archons (the reason why archons have "kneeled" to Kyros: they elected to join the club when it was revealed to them, rather than be killed by their fellow archons) would make a lot of sense too. I wouldn't like it at all, but it makes sense.

But again, I'm just hoping that Kyros is, in fact, a singular evil overlord who is dominating the world.

The lore states that few have actually seen Kyros and those that have are rather tight-lipped about it.

I'd say the most likely thing is that Kyros is kept secret because he/she/it is not key to the story of Tyranny. I mean yea Kyros is the overlord but this takes place in the Tiers, only one country sized area in an entire continent. So while Kyros is the overriding "dark lord", he/she/it plays little part in the actual game besides you issuing his/her/its edicts.

With all this 'debate' (though how can be called a debate when nobody knows??) I'd say if we don't find out in this game we might in any future Tyranny instalments and Kyros will likely be some gender neutral thing like some multi-faced thing or a glowing ball of light etc.. as to not annoy half the community.

Or similar to certain someone from Planscape: Torment - he is long dead and several (or one) persons decided to fill in his shoes and rule ...

(Btw - who is the character on a game advertisements with the face painted in white&black?)

Don't you mean Graven Mark - Archon of Shadowverse?

We also have the Voices of Bleden Ashe and Tunon Nerat the Adjudicator.

...oh. Despite Poe's Law I still feel dumb.

I believe kyros lives, is a real person (powerful (maybe godlike) mage) and is somehow connected to the guys who built the spires/great old walls

Kyros possible when the person was, but now it's title as king. And the power of his magic comes from the fear of his subordinates, and the inhabitants of the conquered.
