Have to quit to main menu for Steam achievements to register

I have a super weird behavior where achievements are checked with green ticks ingame but do not register to steam. When i quit to Imperators main menu and then load my game i get it in Steam.

Anyone else noticing this? Trying to understand if Steam or Imperator problem.

Another thread said if you open the achievements tab in a campaign twice it'll appear. I haven't played long enough to get any achievements this patch so have yet to encounter the issue

Opening the Archievments tab In-game worked for me. Steam Archievments registered after opening it.

Still a weird bug.
