Have Patch 2.1.4, but am missing India

Hi,

I don't have Rajas of India, but I appear to be missing the subcontinent and new map from my game; it only has the old, pre-Rajas map. My understanding was that even if I didn't buy Rajas, I'd have the new map; is that wrong?

Are you using any mods that might interfere with anything? Check also if you have an older version selected in the "BETAS" tab when you open properties. Should be "NONE" to select the current live patch.

If not, I recommend you to verify your files through Steam by going to your Steam library, Right click Crusader Kings II, choose properties, Local Files, and click "Verify Intergrity of Game Chache".

If that doesn't work. Try a complete re-install of the game. Don't forget to delete the CK2 folder at "Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings 2" (Just make a backup of your save games first if you want to keep them!).

No, it is not. What version and checksum show on the main game menu?

Sorry, what are you referring to? I bought my copy on Gamersgate.

Edition 2.0.2 is loaded, for some reason. My launcher says the game is up to date.

You are still using the GG version, which has been discontinued. To get 2.1.4, you must use the Steam version of CK2. Steam keys are given to your GG account. Look for them under "My Games" (?)

As yezhanquan said, this would be because you are using the GG version. We migrated CK2 over to Steam some time ago, which is what I was referring to. Sorry for the confusion.

You should be able to find Steam keys for CK2, and any DLC you might have, on GG and activate those on Steam. Once you do that, the Steam should update the game for you to the latest version (which is currently 2.1.4). See this thread for more information.
