There is no confirmed release date for the moment. The only thing we know is that the game entered beta phase, and some monthes ago a dev (Johann ?) said that this beta phase will last for a period going from 3 to 6 months before the game release. So this is only big speculations.

Yes, if the "3-6 months of beta before release" statement is still true, it wil give a release around those monthes.

I think historically HOI/PDS games were mostly released in August.
