Have Children Born In Prison Inherit Prison Modifier (House Arrest, Dungeon, Oubliette)

Currently, children born in prison are automatically "In the Dungeon". Please change it so that they inherit the confinement status of their parents - mothers in house arrest will have their children born into house arrest, etc.
