What we need to do is ORGANIZE! So here is what I am proposing. I have really been wanting to play a gaim with a Portugal/Castile/France/England combination. I would play Portugal and the game would be for a couple of hours tomorrow night on Valkiryenet(Did i spell that right?). I have the game but haven't actually played it yet as it is on my bro's pc and I can only play when he is away. I figure why not have my first taste of EU2 be in a freindly MP game, eh?

Dang sorry to hear that.... my assumption was that a successful Paradox male programmer who worked on EU2 (aka Strategy Game of the Year for 2001-2002) should be able to get *any* girl he wants now....

But if people want to play a game over the weekend, let me know via PM, as I almost always turn off ICQ(I don't trust it at all. Fraid it might cause me to crash to the desktop because someone messages me.)
Well, I await the challenge. Tho I really want to play as China(Goddamned! They are insane!)
Edit, Am there now. Must say, is very cool how it is set up. If someone wants to play, I can be found on ICQ9for 15 minutes, that's it, then back to my China game)

Just got the game and want to get the "feel" first. Am playing Burgundy and having a blast! I played Burgundy a couple of times with IGC and EU2 is much better (and more challenging.) Happy to report I've taken Picardy from the French (it's 1436.)

i havent got eu2 yet, but its on order from amazon,they say sometime next week and i would like to try an mp, maybe over the thanksgiving holiday. please help , poke fun, but be gentle

When you choose to play MP in EU2 you have three choices:
1. Local Area (Lan)
2. Valkyrienet (Matchmaking server)
3. Internet (Connect through IP)

To avoid lock ups:
* Turn off any firewall you might have
* Turn off all unneeded programs, like ICQ and others
* Still doesn't work? Sorry I have run out of ideas. It works fine for most of us
