Has the “0.00 income after autonomy” bug when stating territories been fixed?

Title basically, couldn’t find the quick questions thread. When you want to state a territory it will say you will earn 0.00 out of it, has that bug been fixed? It came with 1.30 in June and I don’t think I checked in the last two patches or so. And if it wasn’t fixed is there a workaround?

This is just a display bug(or maybe just an unclear GUI). What workaround do you need for it? If you fully core the newly stated province, your actual income will increase on the next month tick as long as the autonomy of the province was not higher than the previous autonomy floor. But if you don't create a full core, the income will not change, because the autonomy floor is the same(maybe this is what the 0 is meant to represent, but then this information would be useless).

I... Don’t really understand. How does that show me whether State Maintenance is lower than the State Income and thus stating the province is worth it? The proffit is always displayed as “0”.

It doesn't show that. But you can still see the state maintenance in the popup. And the income at 0 autonomy(which is what was shown by the old version of the popup) can be calculated relatively easily from the current income if all provinces in the state are at the autonomy floor for territories(if the provinces have a higher autonomy, it is usually not worth it to state them at that time). If the autonomy in all provinces is 90%, you can just multiply the state income by 10 to get the income at 0 autonomy.

There is also a similar bug I guess where uncored territories don't have minimum 90% autonomy malus when you load up the game. After month passes it reverts to 90%.
