As per title: has anyone made a "whole earth" mod?

Expanding the existing map to cover the whole world would be unworkable, but I imagine it might be possible if you redesigned it from scratch, using barony-tier holding to represent counties, county provinces to represent duchies, duchies to represent kingdoms and kingdoms to represent empires (and maybe empires to represent super-empires like Rome, China, etc).

Tianxia and Umbra Spherae both come readily to mind. Neither have actually covered the whole world, and I don't remember if Tianxia even wants to, but both have been expanding the boarders of the map at a fair rate, and both have already added huge amounts of provinces.
