borders affecting movement?
Does the rule of borders adding an extra 0.5 movement points really apply during wartime? I am quite certain that my Muscovite hordes of infantry started their march across the Lithuanian border, into open terrain, on the 16th of March, and arrived on the 1st of April (just as planned, to have as much time possible to eliminate the enemy, or at least force the enemy out of the province, before the end of April to reduce attrition).
This is exactly one half of a month (15 days), which is as it should be without borders, while it should be 1.5/2 = 0.75 months (22 days) if the +0.5 rule for border crossing was functioning properly. Or was I dreaming?
