Has anyone ever turned Lithuania into Russia?

Just curious . . . a large chunk of Lithuania's lands are Orthodox and in the Russian culture group, it might not be historically plausible but it seems like an interesting thing to try.

Can AI Poland take the decision to form a union over a human Lithuania?

Primary culture has to be Russian, not Byelorussian, so unfortunately you'd have to switch to that.
