Has anybody sucessfully ordered the German version in North America?

There are some posts about this on various threads, but I thought I would start one that was right on topic. I have not heard back from Joysoft after I sent them an email (in German, but with the Babelfish translator who knows what I said ) asking the cost to ship to the United States. So if anyone in the US or Canada gets information from any German retailer on how the German version can get over here, please put it in this thread.

Just in order to make sure you notice (posted this in another thread before noticing this one), here it is again:

For people within the European Union (just in case things don't work out with Joysoft, or as an alternative): I found another online shop that claims to deliver all over the EU and has the game on it's website.
It's www.nshops.de
For everybody outside the EU: www.amazon.de ships all over the world and has a lot of other games from blackstar, the german publisher for Europa Universalis.
I guess they'll sell EU too, the game is not on their site yet however.

Hey this site says they take creditcards in their terms of service or whatever, but they do not give you the option in their order forms. How are you supposed to give them your credit card number and expiration date when they never give you a space for it?

all North American fans get the german version from my distribution project. i didnt make it up or anything, im just the North American distributor. after you get the german version, look for the language patch which will be available soon after the game is released.

Isn't that pushing for it a little?
I mean that it's by no means sure that such a patch will be made available, and I guess that whatever whizkid tries to build one, he'll probably not succeed in doing so without assistance from Paradox?
As far as your little project is concerned, I hope you made sure you'll not run into problems with US customs, having xxx copies of the game being sent to you.

we are just trying to help people that cannot get the game yet because of location. amazon.de does not even have it yet, and the others dont ship out of europe. and for the language patch, you just change the text files friend, its not that hard. but if all of you want to wait for the english version, thats fine with me. e-mail me at stabsgefreiter@yahoo.com if you want more information on the distribution project. if you dont care then just dont worry about it.
