I know some exist such as the Knights not being able to have royal marriages, but has anyone got a complete list as there are probably ones I don't know about. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure but you cant have a RM with them, but you can RM other country when you are playing them.
Or have it been fixed in 1.05 or any future patch?

I'm playing the Knights right now with 1.05, and I've had a lot of royal marriages. However, I don't think the computer ever asked me to have an RM. Maybe the AI is programmed to not try to make RMs with the Knights or the Papal States, even though it is possible.

Some things relating to Colonizing bonuses are in the scenario file (at least in the save game) and strangely enough in the AI files.

I believe these are leftovers from EU1. Each major country in EU1 had some sort of 'major bonus'. These are always positive and I think are intended to allow the AI to play these nations a bit better than it does the others.

i.e. Have a Habsburg HRE and a colonising England

The RM for Papal States and Knights is not really the same as this is a restriction intended to stop them being diplo-annexed.

It's a shame this is not a documented feature. I would like to read the effects of this in more detail. :)
