The purpose of the Game is to make start from begining(Grand Campaign) with high difficulty and as less changes as possible... I can agree on some but i don't wish to make it a rule... so be prepaired - it is hard game and if You lose - You lose.... Good luck to all Players...

Game difficulty: hard; AI aggressiveness: normal
-Vassalization Rule: a country must stay in such state when forced in a war peace resolution for a minimum 10 years.
-War Rule: A country must peace out after ten consecutive stab-hits.
-War Rule Bis: No country or Alliance (band) can take more than the war score collected unless the defeated country is mad enough to wish the opposite. Alliances must peace out through the leader of the alliance (ie. No single peaces).
If allies are defeated, the winner/winners can ask what they want (or can) below 100 war scores. war scores will be splitted between the losers; for example if an alliance has 3 human players, a single country may lose 33 percent in total or less, it's up for the winners, losers can't discuss much unless they want to risk and continue the war until the enemy gets what they want.
-War Rule Bis-2: When a country or an alliance is forced to peace via stab hits, the winners can only demand the territories they control. Note that only the leader of an alliance can be stab hitted!
-War Rule Bis-3: Options in peace agreement:
vassalization = 50%,
no embargo policy for 10 years = 20%, for 20 years = 40%,
colonization rights (the defeated one can't colonize or set TPs in a determined zone) 5 coastal provinces = 15%, 10 coastal provinces = 30%, for 5 years = 0% for 10 years = +10% for 20 years = +20%;
NAPs (forced ones) for 10 years from the peace date = 20%, for 20 years = 40% (NAPs when NOT forced in a peace agreement can be broken)
More special peace agreements are available and their cost can be discussed.
- No country can lose more than 5 european or core provinces, no more than 2 cots and no more than 100 war score. A country can however be forced to change religion or it can be vassalized.
- When a country is vassalized (by a human), it can't declare war to a human country unless its master permits it. A vassal can't be forced to declare war by its master. Humans must declare war to its master in order to be able to declare war to the vassal.
- Human countries with casus belli cannot ally each other, but they can still cooperate.
- Exploits are forbidden: Rising pirates are permited, 1 per month, no more(Useful against great colonial empires).
- Manufactory burning in a gamey way is forbidden.
- Trading maps with AI is forbidden.
- Any kind of relationship (trade agreements, royal marriages, military access, etc..) with countries with casus belli is forbidden (except if they're forced by event)
We can change rules but i like them - if You wish, just say so
