Hey V, good to hear from you. I can't say for certain if I'll ever try my hand at another AAR, but I will certainly PM you if I do.

ATM my plate is quite full with my writing. Things have progressed well, to the point where I receive invites from editors, as opposed to sending out material in the hope it's selected for publication. My biggest break to date was an invitation to contribute to the soon-to-be resurrected Heroes in Hell series that originally appeared in the 80s. My first story will appear in the aptly named Lawyers in Hell, due this summer. I am currently slated to contribute stories for at least the next three volumes after that. It's not enough to retire on, but things are looking good.

Best,
LD

Happy Belated birthday Bruce. Heroes in Hell was a great series, I know I sure enjoyed it and a lot of it was great tongue in cheek humor too. Glad to see you are doign well old friend.

Thanks, Bud! Hope you are keeping well, too. Drop me a PM when you get the chance. I'll be poking my head in these parts a little more often. The original Heroes in Hell franchise was a lot of fun. Winning a HUGO award didn't hurt, either. I'm looking forward to being a part of the series relaunch. In fact, I just received my signed contract today. Woo-Hoo! Anyway, I hope you check out Lawyers in Hell and let me know what you think. My story is called Plains of Hell and features characters like General James Wolfe, John Churchill, Prince Eugene of Savoy and a host of revenants against General Montcalm in a rematch of the Battle of the Plains of Abraham. Loads of fun.
