found this mod on a chinese EU3 discussion forum, looks like so far its developed by one person only , so the mod is updating slowly but certainly not dead.
This mod featured the entire history timeline from 1265BCE to 776BCE, starting from the time of seven againt thebes , ended at the first olympic.
the map is renewed, signficent amount of provinces were added to greece, near east and china, where most nations in this mod are located.
Religions, cultures, ideas, gov types and missions were overhauled to match the time period.
Event chains rendered important events in the game time period, from the exodus to the invasion of sea people.
Btw, the developer stated that he is currently working on expanding the timeline to rise of medes and persia.
