Shouldn't Hannover exist for event 3038 for England, The Hannover Dynasty in England, to trigger?
If so, a
trigger { exist = HAN }
is missing.

If Hanover doesn't exist, which in most games it doesn't by 1700, who do you propose rule England? The Jacobites? Just because the country doesn't exist that doesn't mean a marriage couldn't be arranged, it simply means you don't get a vassalage (at least I think) with Hanover. This all falls within the realm of fantasy monarchs, which is more a domain of the EEP/AGC.

No. The Hanoverians would just have been German nobility of some sort. They would still have been the heir to the British throne, if you ignore all the Catholics, that is.

And the marriage with British Royalty is with the Palatinate anyway. George I was decended from James I daughter and Frederick V, the Winter King.

We should arrange for the monarch of the Kaliphate to rule England! Or wait, they have no monarchs, or at least no monarch file.
