EU4 doesnt work, i try to open it, the launcher window just pops up and never starts the game.

Sorry, is that blank screen the launcher? Or the game?

Either way has the game ever worked on this machine, or never yet?

This is the launcher, i have played this game on this computer for over 2 years now and never had any issues until now.

I've seen bad mods cause that on HOI4 but not EU4 until now ... let' stry that fix anyway.

Please try the following:

- unsubscribe from all mods
- delete the folder Documents/paradox/EU4/mod/
- delete the file Documents/paradox/EU4/mods_registry.json
- delete the file Documents/paradox/EU4/launcher-v2.sqlite
- subscribe to a few mods
- run the game up and see if those mods are now available to you.
