Halloween Sale not being reflected on Steam?

The price for Cities:Skylines is still $29.99 on Steam. The same for other content Paradox has on sale for Halloween - Steam still has full price.

If I buy from Paradox direct, will it work with my Steam version?

Usually, sales are independent... either on Steam or on Paradox shop.

Paradox shop gives you a Steam key, so it should work with the game bought on Steam, yes.

I don't think so… it ended November 1st, that day included. Also, i checked when posting, and sale appeared still up.
