Invade and annex Bavaria, Ukraine, Albania, Poland, and maybe Lithuania. Your capital should be more central to your empire and Germany is the single greatest reason why this is not so.
Nah, go the Apeasement path and live with it (Ukraine stays German)! Or you can just play the "Technical Card", ie. just mod Ukraine as your puppet!

Would it be possible to (very conservatively, of course) strike-quickly-at-Germany-so-as-to-seize-their-capital-and-make-them-surrender-fast? You could make it a (conservative) new tactic and give it a nice Austrian name, 23 years before the Germans to boot!
