Im one of the recruits that are just mind boggled by the size and what to post about. Well I just want to boost this thread back to the top anyway. Im sort of turning into a lurker and by the way 2Coats hope you got better

Low walks through the camp. The birds are still singing, and a gentle breeze touches his face. New recruits arrive almost every day now. Some of them don't have anything more than a backpack. "New meat for the grinder..." Low thinks as he takes another drag of his cigarette. Poker is slow, after he was forced to hand over his deck of cards to Hawkeye. His debts are still a reality, he ponders about ways to settle them.
There is an uproar at the recruitment booth. The new recruits are asking about when they will be admitted to the Company. Low walks towards them.
"Patience, recruits!", he says, "You will all be accepted in due time. Currently we are under-staffed."
The new recruits moan and shake their heads in disbelief. They are all escorted to a large shed which is furnished with simple bunks and lockers. There they have to wait for admittance into the Company. Low hopes they will be accepted soon, because they are eager to join up. "Hell," he thinks, "I can't blame them for joining, the Company is a new life in these uncertain times as we are in now."
He hands out some cigarettes to calm them down. With that he walks away to practice some more in the firing range.

Does somebody mind taking over my next post in the AAR? I just do not feel up to it at the moment. I just cannot do it with the sick feeling I have right now which will last for a while. Does anybody mind? I would appreciate it...

Well I hope youve all enjoyed the holiday, cause Ill be updating the AAR tomorrow (Saturday).
Also I have chosen between four applicants to take over the responsiblity of Recruitment Centre. Announcement tomorrow.
Finally, I will be starting the Ultimate Camp AAR thread on Sunday. Finishing touches to the opening thread. Those members NOT on a mission will be able to post in ROLE ONLY in the thread. However, when members return from missions they will be able to post as well, before the next mission is started!
Its almost time to kick enemy butt!

Thanks for the sympathy guys, I appreciate it. Being used leaves a sick feeling all over your body. Well, I should have known better. Hopefully I will not stumble into a German's trap just like the way I stumbled into last weekend's. Now I know how all those poor girls must have felt. What goes around comes along I guess.

Firstly, to everyone who volunteered my thanks. I didnt want to let anyone down but as with these things there can be only one, well at least for now.
After some time debating whether or not to give this to one of the AAR posters on not, Ive decided that Morpheus should get the job of Recruitment Center NCO.
The reasons for choosing him was that he has been an active member of the thread for quite a while now and was the one who originally offered to help with it when I first started.
Join me in congratulating him on his Lance Corporalship. Well done Corporal.
Morpheus - Please remember that this you will be on probation for the duration of a month so after that if you should not perform your duties to the appropriate level then a replacement from the other volunteers will be found. Can you find a post that is earlier in date than the second post I made in the recruitment thread so that it can be merged into that thread a copy of the Roster can be placed in that post by SykoNurse.
Whatever one you choose it will be removed from wherever it was so and the contents lost so make sure its one that you dont really mind changing.
One last thing. The Camp Ultimate thread in the AAR section will be started sometime this week when i have the chance. If you have some suggestions then let me see them hear.

With small steps, he went to the back of the Captain's office...he needed to eliminate some of the hardships that the alchool had done to him.
On his favourite latrine-like wall, there was a new picture. With recruit Morpheus, who had become some kind of a medieval lancer. Good job, man, he thought. Now, that is worth celebrating. Everything he had went towards the picture. If this isn't love, I don't know what is.
